Obituary of Renee C. Still

Granby- Renee Cheryl Still, 79, passed away March 21, 2024, at home surrounded by her family. She was born on September 12, 1944, in Mountain Top, PA to the late Harry and Charlotte (Arbogast) Stine. Renee earned her undergraduate degree from East Stroudsburg University, where she met her husband, Wayne. She went on to earn her master's degree from Westfield State University.

Renee retired from the Granby School System after a 35-year teaching career. In retirement, Renee remained an active member of the community, became an avid traveler, and an accomplished quilter. Besides her parents, Renee was preceded in death by her brothers, Barry and Dwight Stine. She will be greatly missed by her loving husband of 58 years, Wayne Still and their children, Jeffery Still of MA, Courtney Still of MA, Brett Still and his wife Pamela Loring of RI. She also leaves her brothers, Bruce and Dale Stine, and her sister, Diane (Stine) Hall.

Visitation will be held on April 6, 2024 from 2-4pm at the Beers & Story South Hadley Funeral Home with a celebration of Renee's life to begin at 4:00pm. Burial will be held at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, donations in Renee's memory can be made to a charity of your choice.
